Spring Events in Independence Commons

It’s an exciting time to live in the Independence Commons Manufactured Home Community! Jessica Cullitan, the new community manager, has several exciting updates that she’d like to share with residents. Jessica has been in the community management business for nearly 14 years. She currently lives in this Potterville manufactured home community with her husband and three children. She’s excited to be part of such an amazing team and a neighbor in this amazing community.

Without further ado, here’s the latest and greatest in Independence Commons. If you have any questions (or would just like to say ‘hello’), come visit Jessica and she would be more than happy to assist!

Daddy Daughter Dance

Get dressed up and spend the night in the company of the best date imaginable: your daughter! The Daddy Daughter Dance will take place on Sunday, June 8, and this free event promises to be one of the most memorable days of the year. Dance your hearts out, pose for pictures with your little princess, and enjoy punch and snacks. Be sure to stop by and make it a night to remember with your best girl(s).

Fitness Room Update

Great news! The fitness room is back up and running, and now you can be, too. Thank you for being so patient during the renovating process. The fitness room is looking better than ever, and now you can get in shape for the spring season. If you have any issues with your key card, stop by the office to have it reprogrammed. Staying fit is the best way to stay happy and healthy!

Spring Fever

Speaking of spring, it’s finally here! The temperatures are starting to soar, and the snow is now a distant memory. We encourage everyone to take a moment to step outside and walk around their homes. This brutal winter caused a fair amount of damage, from skirting damage to siding blowing off. If we take just a bit of time now to ensure our homes are looking great, we’ll be free to enjoy the summer ahead.

Again, if you have any questions, please contact Jessica. Plus, be sure to “Like” Independence Commons on Facebook for the latest news and community updates.
