Residents of our Hamburg Hills and Coventry Woods communities aren’t far from the fantastic Livonia Community Recreation Center and their aquatics center. Those of you looking to stay fit will love the 12-foot deep lap pool, where you’ll have plenty of space to practice your technique or improve your time. If it’s fun you’re looking for, they have a very spacious pool just for you, complete with water playground and a waterslide. During the warmer months, there are two other outdoor pools that are part of the Livonia Community Recreation Center for you to enjoy.
As a resident of our Ridgewood community, you’ll not only have a swimming pool right in the community to enjoy all summer long, you’ll also be right in the neighborhood of the pool at Milford High School to visit during the off season. The pool at Milford High School is part of Huron Valley Pools & Fitness, so you’ll not only be able to swim some laps you’ll have access to things like an indoor track and a fitness center stocked with top-notch fitness equipment. More leisurely visitors can have fun going down the two-story water slide and checking out play structures. Have a child between the ages of six months and twelve years who isn’t up to swimming? Free childcare is available! You just need to call ahead to make arrangements.
Hartland Meadows residents are just minutes away from Hartland’s Caroselli Aquatic Center. The Caroselli Aquatic Center is definitely fun for the whole family! They have a shallow pool just for young kids, complete with water cannons and kiddie-sized water slide. They offer swimming lessons for people of all ages as well as several types of water aerobic classes, including some classes that are designed to help people dealing with arthritis. If you stop by during an open swim session, you’ll be able to enjoy everything they have to offer, including water slide, diving board, hot tub, lap swimming area, and lazy river.
