Local Community Manager Earns Professional Designation
Ms. Sandra (Sandy) Martini of Woodland Ridge recently earned the Accredited Community Manager designation awarded by the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute. The ACM® designation is awarded to manufactured home community managers who successfully complete an education program consisting of three courses and requires the submission of a final project. In addition, Accredited Community Managers must have at least five years of working experience in the management of manufactured home communities.
The Accredited Community Manager program is sponsored by the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (MHEI®) located in Arlington, Virginia. MHEI® is the educational arm of the Manufactured Housing Institute, the national trade association representing the manufactured housing industry. Currently 5 of our community managers have received their ACM accreditation, and 2 are working towards it!
