In order to provide homeowners more peace of mind, HomeFirst™ offers a number of solutions and amenities to help make your experience living in a HomeFirst™ community as enjoyable as possible.
For starters, every resident of our communities is given access to our HomeFirst™ Resident Portal, customized for each specific community! Each of the Resident Portals gives you a specialized calendar of events for that community, keeping you informed of the gatherings and events HomeFirst™ offers for our residents. The Resident Portal also allows you to pay your rent online, contact our maintenance department, and more!
Speaking of, HomeFirst™ provides 24-hour on-site community management! If you need to contact our community management for any reason, whether there’s an issue with the roads, you have a question about our community facilities, or anything in-between, HomeFirst™ is available to resolve your questions or concerns no matter when you have them. We don’t just stop there – if you lease a manufactured home through HomeFirst™, all maintenance costs are included when you need any work done! If you have any issues with your home or appliances, call our community management staff – we can make it right for you.
