Night Terrors
City: Ypsilanti
Dates: 9/26/2014 – 11/1/2014
Description: Not your average haunted house, Wiard’s Orchards in Ypsilanti are truly haunted! You’ll get “night terrors” traversing these lands, which have been around for centuries. Some courageous souls who have dared to set foot on this old orchard claim to be able to hear the howling sounds of the night. More info.

Corn Maze – DeBuck’s
City: Belleville
Dates: 9/20/2014 – 11/2/2014
Description: This massive, 13-acre maze is actually three mazes in one. The mazes are so tall they nearly block out sunlight, making them even harder to navigate. Do you go left, right or straight ahead? In addition to mazes, there’s a pumpkin patch, family fun area, bounce house and more! More info.

Houpt’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch
City: Dundee
Dates: 9/20/2014 – 10/31/2014
Description: There are several attractions at Houpt’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch! Navigate through the two-acre corn maze, haunted corn maze, and 10 acres of u-pick pumpkins. Plus, enjoy some of Houpt’s fresh cider and donuts. One of the most popular features is “Kid’s Weekend,” held the third weekend of October every year. Haunted Maze – Talladay Farms
City: Milan
Dates: 9/19/2014 – 10/26/2014
Description: Covering 27 acres, the Haunted Maze at Talladay Farms is fun for the whole family. There are actually two corn mazes, plus a separate haunted maze that is open Friday and Saturday nights. Each maze takes about 30-60 minutes to complete, based on your navigational skills. More info.

Ann Arbor Treat Parade

Description: All creatures are welcome at the Ann Arbor Treat Parade! During this annual Halloween event, local businesses welcome costumed individuals with smiles, greets and treats. Look for the black and orange balloons to find participating stores. Plus, don’t forget to take your kids to the Ann Arbor District Library on S. Fifth Avenue for spooky story time! There are two story sessions to choose from: one starts at 9:30 am, the other at 10:30 am. More info.
