Paczki Day is a Polish holiday that has made its way over to the U.S and is observed by people of all cultures and religions. Paczki Day is celebrated in Poland on “Fat Thursday”, but on “Fat Tuesday” here in America. Paczki are Polish delicious fried doughnuts stuffed with jelly and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Besides being delicious, they are actually pretty easy to make at home! Watch this video on the step-by-step process of whipping up your own batch of paczki for Fat Tuesday!
