It’s the first week of the new year and as we craft our resolutions, we have to also keep in mind that we need to come up with an outline of steps to achieve them.

If one of your resolutions is to lose weight, build muscle or just to maintain your fitness, then you should go through and memorize these top 12 moves that will help whip your body into shape. The best part is these aren’t your typical gym moves… these are far more interesting and work great!
